The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
Trash removal • Cleaning restrooms • Low/high dusting • Floor cleaning including vacuuming and mopping • Maintaining safety/security of facility • Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas • Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards
• Following company policies/procedures
Qualifications:
Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required. Employee must be able to climb ladders. Duties involve frequent bending/lifting
